Delivery Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Olea Living. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our delivery and returns Policy.

We are committed to being as eco friendly as possible so have selected our packaging to enable you to either re use or recycle it.  

Standard delivery Policy

Order processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 working days subject to stock availability. Orders are not shipped on weekends or bank holidays.

All our standard UK orders will be delivered by either Royal Mail or DPD.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, during busy periods, deliveries may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in delivery of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Our Standard delivery rates to UK mainland are:

£0.00 - £10.00     £2.95

£10.01 - £30        £4.95

£30.01- £100.00  £6.95

Orders over £100 - Free

Delivery rates will be added to orders at checkout.

For mainland UK deliveries please allow 3-5 working days.

If you require your purchase in a faster time frame then please contact us by email at hello@olealiving.com.  We can then arrange this for you. This service may incur an additional charge.  

Delivery confirmation & Order tracking

 You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped

European and International Shipping Policy

We would love our products to be admired ad enjoyed all over the world and so will therefore send them to wherever you are. Our checkout currently only allows for a UK shipping option so please contact us at hello@olealiving.com If you live outside of the UK and would like to make a purchase.  

For items shipped outside of Europe Olea Living is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Returns Policy

Returns

If you wish to return your purchase to us you must notify us via email hello@olealiving.com within 14 days of receipt of item(s). You must provide the order number and item(s) you wish to return.

You, the customer, are responsible for the cost of return. We advise you use a recorded delivery service. Please do not forget to pay fully for the return postage as incorrect postage payments will not be accepted.

If you wish to return your purchase, then return the product to Olea Living, with all associated components and in the original state and packaging.

Once item(s) have been received and checked, a refund notification will be sent.
